cc ci: expand to other architectures and cases

CC CI (http://jenkins.katacontainers.io/job/confidential-containers-ci/) should test on non-x86_64 architectures too and cover other cases (e.g. SEV). Ideally it should run the same jobs/configurations as Operator CI but leverage the built components.
