What happens?
When moving an element and colliding with two elements at the same time, if the element above the collision cannot move up, but the one below can, the lower element moves up, resulting in the elements becoming disordered.
What is expected?
I think this is an undesired movement. The expected behavior is that "element 1" remains below "element 3", preserving the order.
Therefore, the resulting layout should have "element 5" on top, above "element 3", while "element 1" remains at the bottom.
