Can't decode .mov on iOS Safari, but .mov can be played in audio element

I got EncodingError when using an MOV video File.

But the HtmlAudioElement can be played by tapping the play button on the web page.

It can decode MP4(H.264/AAC). But I need wider support. And I think it can be done, since MOV can be played in <audio> element.
