Auto scrolling when creating/updating regions

I would like to be able to create/update regions while scrolling.

Use case:

• I am zoomed in, and I'm creating a region
• However, halfway through dragging, I realise I need to scroll to extend my region.
• Currently, I will have to stop, scroll to the right some amount, then drag the region handler to update it.
• Repeat over and over.

It would be nice if I could:

• While dragging/creating/updating the region, I can simply scroll (using shift + mousewheel) (while still dragging), and the region is dragged along with the scroll. OR
• Drag to the end of the wavesurfer container, and the container automatically scrolls along.

This video is what i aim to achieve (and have sort of done). Could I make a PR for this?
