feat: move to this SSS lib

Consider replacing pycryptodome by this one: https://github.com/privy-io/shamir-secret-sharing

Major Incompatibility Issues:

• Fractum is written in Python using PyCryptodome
• The privy-io library is TypeScript/JavaScript only
• That would imply to Create a Node.js wrapper script that Fractum calls via subprocess.

--> But using Docker only it would be feasible to implement this lib
