Tail free sampling issues

Tutorial examples using --tfs are failing with the following error message.

env/bin/llama-sampling.cpp:66: GGML_ASSERT(cur_p->size > 0) failed

There is an open PR on LLaMA C++ to fix this issue.

Once this PR has been merged, then I will try to add some usage examples.
