[FEATURE] Adding Custom Projects #15
Description
It may be possible that the project is not hosted on GitHub but the user wants to integrate them in the Portfolio. We can take inputs for this from the user in Actions. The inputs would contain the Project name, description, tags, url (if deployed). Figure out a way to form the dataflow for all the levels (generalized way).
After the dataflow is established, frontend team can work to display them on webpages.
