Duplication of Queue Data Structure

I have seen your code implementation of `cracking-the-coding-interview/chapter-three-stacks-and-queues/MyQUeue.java` and `cracking-the-coding-interview/chapter-three-stacks-and-queues/MyQueue.java` and both have the same implementation.
