As a developer, I’d like to set up a very smooth local development environment so we can interact with it easily. We may need a Supabase development instance with the schema replicated (but no data), or another setup that enables other developers to contribute.

Generate documentation page, with a standardized form that developers can use to request a development environment.

What tool should we use for docs?
