keda-add-ons-http-external-scaler CrashBackLoopOff for canary

Already have keda namespace there. Install latest build with helm.

_helm install http-add-on kedacore/keda-add-ons-http --namespace keda --set images.tag=canary_

keda-add-ons-http-external-scaler failed to start after install finsihed.

No, because I'm not aware of a 0.3.1 chart :)

But it does not show in the releases yet

Another way to fix this if don't want to download the helm chart to local.

helm install --repo https://github.com/kedacore/charts/ http-add-on http-add-on --namespace keda --set images.tag=canary
