Earn page: Ecosystem section

This task is about implementing the Ecosystem section of the Earn page, according to the Hi-Fi designs living in Figma. The implementation should also support the mobile version. The source of data should be integrated according to the APIs and Data Points document and outcomes from #384.

⚠️ The empty area should be probably filled with something. To be agreed with @SorinQ before implementation.
