Brief Summary
It would be nice to use KeePassXC as default app for otpauth:// schema. Even if it not support that format at the moment (at least I can't find how to import URL) it still will be more secure than current behavior: all unknown schemas opened in browser and it goes to google it (from this moment private part of TOTP is public)
