[FEAT]: add API gateway support

Hello 👋

First of all, thanks for the great Helm chart — we are successfully using Keep in production.

We’d like to request support for exposing services via Kubernetes Gateway API, in addition to (or instead of) the traditional Ingress.
Ingress support works fine, but since the Kubernetes ecosystem is gradually shifting toward the Gateway API model, it would be great to have native support for it.

In our environment, we use Envoy Gateway (https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/), so having Gateway API support is a critical feature for us.

If there’s already an effort or a branch experimenting with it, we’d be happy to help with testing or contribute configuration examples.

Good idea ! A support in the chart would be nice to have.

BTW I have some issue to run Keep with Envoy Gateway API + Oauth2, how did you managed to make it work properly for production @gecube ?
