Please tell me how to get gotek to work properly with the AKAI S3000XL.

Any hints?
I want to use the AKAI S3000XL, but it's not working.

Here's what I've done:

I installed Flash Floppy on the Gotek USB drive.

Inside the USB stick, I placed the FF.CFG and IMG.CFG files obtained from https://github.com/keirf/flashfloppy/tree/master/examples. I also added the HFE file and the HXCSDFE.CFG-normal file included in this zip file (I renamed HXCSDFE.CFG-normal by removing the “-normal” suffix).

When I connect this USB to the S3000XL and power it on, it displays E31.

I have absolutely no idea what's causing this problem and am truly at a loss.
If anyone has any hints, could you please offer some advice?

You don't need HXCSDFE.CFG. Get rid of it. It's probably confusing matters.

I removed HXCSDFE.CFG and tried connecting to AKAI.

When I tried to SAVE or LOAD, the message “NO DISK!” appeared.

Are you still getting E31 ?
