Yamaha MX100-A Issue

Yamaha MX100-A Disklavier uses a 34 Pin connector. I checked the signal names and they exactly match with Gotek. On the original disk drive S0 and Motor jumpers are present. Pin2 (Disk change) is also pulled up to +5v via a jumper. I modified my Gotek and connected the pin 36 of STM32 to Pin16 (Motor) of the Gotek port and pulled it up to +5v in order to follow the jumper settings of the original FDD. Despite all I did it doesn't work and Disklavier can't detect it. What could possibly gone wrong? I see that the N-Drive is working on MX100-A. Nalbantov is a Gotek clone am I right?
I appreciate any help or suggestion.

I asked Nalbantov but all they said was that the Yamaha MX100A needs specific configurations that normal emulators can't provide! Sounds like a misleading answer and I think that FlashFloppy works with this Disklavier using the correct configuration in the FF.CFG file. I'm working on it but any help is much appreciated.

The original floppy drive is a Panasonic JU-363 (Matsushita). Unlike the Yamaha DX7IIFD, MX100A doesn't use Pin1 (Disk change reset) and this pin is left unconnected on the MX100A mainboard. 3 Jumpers are on S0, Disk Change and Motor. This is what I have found so far from the service manuals of MX100A and JU-363 drive.

Well, I Noticed that the Yamaha Mx100A has detected the Flash Floppy. I can confirm this based on the error codes that Yamaha is showing. The problem seems to be the image file. I tried .ima and .img but non of them worked. I really want to know what is special about this specific device. Flash Floppy works easily with variety of devices without any problem. But Yamaha MX100A has a trick!
