How to get exact quaternion values that work with the Stray Visualizer

I am developing a different IOS app that would take images at different distances instead of time. I am having a hard time in getting the output suitable to the StrayVisualizer code. Can you give me any pointers on how to get exact quaternion values to suit the StrayVIsualizer code?
