Does llama.cpp have to be up and running too?

If I wanted this open with chatbotui, would I need all three- chatbot, llama.cpp, and gpt-llama.cpp open at the same time?

Only chatbot and gpt-llama.cpp. gpt-llama.cpp spawns an instance of llama.cpp within its execution already!
