When a file is in the root directory, a leading slash is added on `glass watch`

I just added:
https://www.duraamen.com/robots.txt

But when you save it with glass watch, it's uploaded to this spot:

https://www.duraamen.com//robots.txt

If you visit the URLs, they both point to the first file. But if you look in the database, there are two. So glass watch uploads a file that is never used, and is never accessible on the live site:

http://website.glass/admin/sites/staticfile/?q=robots.txt
