How to reset to play to tv in stead of pc speaker

Hi, My read aloud started to play over the pc single speaker instaed of to tv. I have tried removing then adding again but no changes.
Is there a way to reset it in firefox or alter it in windows 10 please?

FIXED - (or so I thought). After many tries at different things it got fixed when I changed the voice from auto to microsoft hazel.

BUT when I next used it, got the same problem and wont fix by changing voice
