Redesign glossary using TailwindCSS

What has changed?

This PR redesigns the Glossary page to improve its visual appeal, usability, and responsiveness. Key enhancements include:

• ✨ Introduced a modern, responsive card-based layout for glossary terms.
• 🔠 Retained the top A–Z navigation bar and added scroll-to-anchor functionality.
• 🔤 Added an active state highlight to clicked alphabet letters.
• 📱 Improved mobile responsiveness using grid layout.
• 🌒 Ensured dark mode compatibility for all components.

These changes enhance readability and offer a cleaner, more interactive browsing experience for users.
