Add additional Log information for Jenkins Service

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Right now see a keptn log message like "Launched test pipeline for carts in dev".  This makes it hard to map back jenkins job.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
include job #, job name, job parameters, maybe URL too in the keptn log.
