Unable to use 'DINOV2Backbone'

Describe the bug
I've been trying to use the from_preset() method of the DINOV2Backbone class, but:

AttributeError: module 'keras_hub.models' has no attribute

Expected behavior

Hi @pestanadiego, thanks for reporting this.

I have tried loading the dinov2_small and dinov2_base presets using the from_preset() method of the DINOV2Backbone class, I'm able to load the presets without any issues, please upgrade to keras 3.12.0 and keras-hub 0.23.0 and try running your code again. Please refer this gist.
