Current Behavior

Both documentation and code is wrong.
The agreed behavior that when the presence container wifi was configured on an interface, without further
settings it should start scanning, now that is broken, when a Wi-Fi interface is setup (no wifi-settings) it starts scanning.

admin@infix-00-00-00:/config/> set interface wifi0
admin@infix-00-00-00:/config/> leave

it now starts scanning

Expected Behavior

admin@infix-00-00-00:/config/> set interface wifi0
admin@infix-00-00-00:/config/> leave

No scanning

admin@infix-00-00-00:/config/> set interface wifi0 wifi
admin@infix-00-00-00:/config/> leave

Start scanning
