Extend syslog matching and sorting

Description

With the upgrade to Buildroot 2025.02 (LTS) a new major version of sysklogd is available which supports extended message filtering based on tag/ident, hostname, or message property. This allows sorting of messages based on their origin (program/remote) or content in any of the available message fields: exact match, case-insensitive substring matching or extended regular expression

This would help greatly when Infix acts as a log sink, messages from different senders can now be filed in directories based on the hostname/sender, and also unlocks ietf-syslog feature select-match: "the ability to select messages based on a Posix 1003.2 regular expression pattern match."
