Removing filter in Flow execution page does not work

Describe the issue

This example does not show all executions when the filters are removed. We have filters from the last 365 days but they don't appear unless the time interval is set to 365 days.

Steps to reproduce:

• Find a workflow with executions older than the 24 hour default
• Clear the filters - old executions are not visible even though as a user, I thought I removed any time intervals
• Reset the filters
• Change the filter to a time interval that includes your executions

We're having a default time range filter applied by default, which was requested by product at certain point.
Clearing all filters would basically set the default filters in place, which consists of the 24 hour time filter.

If we want to change how this works, it would need a bit of thinking on how we want to achieve that @kestra-io/products.

I did some more digging and this is a bug with how filters work on the individual flow execution page. I will rename the issue as the issue is about removing the individual filters. My bad.

The expected functionality works on the global executions page. If I clear the individual time range, it shows all the flows, not just last 24 hours. On the flow's execution page, it doesn't change, it's just removing the UI element but still only showing the last 24 hours.
