Support docker image, extra file types and some other suggestions #161

Hi there,

Really love the simplicity of your Go-Fast CDN. Great work!!
I do have some suggestion, could you please consider them?

maintain a docker image (now I have to use "image: jhawk7/go-fast-cdn" and would love to use " image: kevinanielsen/go-fast-cdn"
support more file types (or even better, support environment: - options so we can add them ourselves (would love to have .svg supported)
Create a login for the admin interface. (Now I fixed it by requiring a login with cloudflare using cloudflared and bypassing the /api/cdn/download/images/* and /api/cdn/download/docs/*)
