I notice you are using github.com/ttacon/libphonenumber throughout this package but it seems that it is falling behind. Would it be worth replacing it with github.com/ttacon/libphonenumber as it seems to be more active?

I haven't had any problems with this package as of yet, although I have recently migrated from libphonenumber to phonenumbers on a different project as I had noticed that specific validation from libphonenumber was not giving me the expected results. (mainly around determining if a number is a mobile number)
