[Feature Request] Add support for Atlassian Rovo Dev CLI

I would like to suggest adding support for the Atlassian Rovo Dev CLI to Agentpipe.

Reasoning:
The primary reason is cost efficiency. Unlike standard LLM APIs (like OpenAI) that charge per token, the Rovo Dev CLI offers a free way to utilize AI capabilities for development tasks. Supporting this would allow users to run agents without incurring variable API costs.

Proposed Solution:
It would be great if we could configure an agent that interfaces with the Rovo CLI to execute commands.
