Ubuntu 22.04 nightlies not being built

Since AIDASoft/podio#620, podio can't be built with GCC 11 anymore, see AIDASoft/podio#765, and the Ubuntu 22.04 nightlies are not being built anymore. Sourcing the stack with Ubuntu 22.04, gives an outdated version of the nightlies.
