i can´t create keypaper

I need to migrate my account to the same device but in other OS, i use keybase in Windows, but now i have ubuntu on the same laptop.

When i try to create key paper, the program keeps thinking and never generates it

I have restarted the PC, the program and of course I cannot accept the device since I have to restart the PC to return to Windows.
