Keybase Desktop & Mobile Clients Cannot Delete Teams

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a test team
2. Navigate to the team in the teams tab and click on it to open the management options
3. Click '....'
4. Click "Delete team"
5. Check the 3 deletion acknowledgements (lost chats, lost data, team members notified)
6. Click "Delete team"

Expected behavior
The team is deleted

Actual behavior
Nothing, the delete team modal remains and the team is not deleted

Workaround
Using the keybase CLI in macOS to invoke keybase team delete TEAM works once you confirm nuking the team
