chore(developer): resolve external dependencies xml2js and restructure that are currently based on github refs

This is for kmc and its submodules. May need to submit patches upstream if these forks have diverged?

• Restructure PR opened: fix: null terminated string support for utf16 foliojs/restructure#52
• node-xml2js fix is already an open PR from 2020 at Fix includeWhiteChars option Leonidas-from-XIV/node-xml2js#589. Not sure where to go with this? Contribute tests to this function? It's gonna be messy whatever we do.
