Description
Tabs can be muted for a variety of reasons, including Chrome's own mute site feature and other extensions. Tab Muter should indicate when this is happening.
A change in the icon colour or a badge, together with an updated tooltip ("Unmute tab (muted by another extension)", "Unmute tab (muted by user)"), is probably sufficient.
