Numbat-multi with 10x Multiome

Hello,
Thank you for developing Numbat multi. We are planning a project using the 10x Genomics Multiome ATAC + Gene expression assay. Can Numbat-multi handle ATAC + gene expression data that comes from the same cells (as is the case with the 10x Genomics multiome assay) or is it recommended to perform scRNA and scATAC seq separately as in the paper recently published?
