Package flagged as non-deterministic

Hi there! I noticed that Scrutor is flagged as non-deterministic: https://nuget.info/packages/Scrutor/6.0.1

I'm pretty sure this is happening because the generated AssemblyInfo file has a local path instead of a deterministic path:

I'm happy to do the work to clean this up, but I didn't see any sort of release pipeline in the //.github folder, so I wanted to reach out first to verify:

1. This is a change you'd be interested in accepting
2. If so, how do you publish a package today so I can validate the build before proposing a change?

Also, while investigating I see that you're both including the .pdbs in the main package and publishing a .snupkg. If you'd like I can remove the .pdb from the main package at the same time to shrink the download size.

This is definitely something I would love ❤️ I've been meaning to invest in the build pipeline for years, but it just haven't reached the top of the priority list. I have a few other repos with automated publishing, but for this I've just been publishing the package from my local machine since day one 😆🙈🤪
