ed25519 key support

sshdo does not appear to support ed25519 keys -

With ed25519 key loaded -

root@box1:~/sshdo# ./sshdo.py
Servers: test.txt
Command: uname -a
box2.boxen.net
Could not connect

box3.boxen.net
Could not connect

With RSA key loaded -

root@box1:~/sshdo# ./sshdo.py

sshdo uses Paramiko for handling the connections. It seems that ed25519 keys are not supported by paramiko. paramiko/paramiko#325
