Add a single command to run both frontend and backend concurrently

Currently, the frontend and backend need to be started separately using different terminal commands, which can be a bit tedious during development. To improve developer experience, we should implement a single command that runs both the frontend and backend servers concurrently.

You can define scripts in the root package.json file to run both the server and client with a single command:

"scripts": {
  "server": "npm start --prefix server",
  "client": "npm run dev --prefix client",
  "both": "npm run server & npm run client"
}

The command npm run server & npm run client works fine on my laptop (Linux/macOS).

However, on Windows, the & operator may not behave correctly. To ensure it works you can use the concurrently package. Updating the script like "both": "concurrently "npm run server" "npm run client""
