Support server without authentication

Currently the plugin forces to have a username/password setup on the server.
Can it be enhanced so that it is able to connect to servers without authentication?

Just do what I did and add a new users called "livechannel" with a simple password with only HTSP streaming enabled for that user. It's simpler and helps with the logging when you have other clients grabbing from TVH.
