Typescript refactoring

The idea is to refactor the whole project to typescript. The proposed strategy is:

• To unitary test cover non properly covered parts (build-chain-flow-helper.js)
• To solve end to end tests #107
• To start refactoring:
  • analysis
  • to create npm structure project
  • to implement entry points for CLI and Github Event + arguments for CLI
  • to implement services
  • to implement Flows

I propose to use this branches for development:

• typescript/main as the branch to merge all the new implementations https://github.com/kiegroup/github-action-build-chain/tree/typescript/main
• typescript/analisys for analysis information https://github.com/kiegroup/github-action-build-chain/tree/typescript/analysis
• typescript/X being X whatever the development is on going

Once the refactoring is ready we will merge on main branch

One of the things we should consider is to replace argparse https://www.npmjs.com/package/argparse by any other CLI argument parser library, I'm considering https://www.npmjs.com/package/commander but proposals are open

Why do we need a branch for analysis? Exactly what kind of analysis are we planning to do?

I just need a place to put the code for analysis because I'm actually developing application scaffolding this way I'm able to see gaps and it is also possible to generate class diagram based on code. Are you ok with that @shubhbapna ?
