`aarch64` support

Hello my good friend!

While porting our CI to aarch64 I noticed that Temoc is still limited to x86_64.

I was going to open a PR here to include aarch64 in the release workflow but rust-build/rust-build.action does not support that.

Do you have any suggestion?

Should have been fixed in the version 0.9.6
