Feature Request: Ignore target language for full screen overlay translation

Hello! I am trying to run live overlay translations on a full-screen application translating Chinese to English, but there is a lot of visual spam from text that is already in my target language (english). Is there a way to have Mort ONLY translate text that is not already in english?

The application is partially in english and text from either language can appear anywhere, so limiting the size of the OCR window would not help.
