WorkContract: Option to carry over annual leave days from the previous year #320

Describe the problem
WorkContract records (not only) vacation days throughout the year, but does not yet offer the option to carry over and manage remaining vacation days to the next year. This currently has to be done manually via corrections.
Describe the solution you'd like
Offer an option that allows the relevant transactions (“corrections”) to be carried out automatically when the administrator first logs in next year. Create a general process for administrative tasks that need to be carried out at the turn of the year.
