I also attempted to use your code to preprocessing, but I cannot find how to download the data (uniprot-human-filtered-reviewed_yes+AND+organism__Homo+sapiens+(Human)--.fasta.gz), /string.xlsx, or "/amino acid monoisotopic.csv". Could you share some website link or direction?
