Getting Started with Mezon

Welcome to Mezon! This guide will help you get up and running in just a few minutes. 🚀

Step 1: Download Mezon

Choose your platform and download Mezon:

Windows	macOS	Linux
iOS	Android	Web Browser

Step 2: Create Your Account

Sign Up Options

1. Email Sign Up

   • Enter your email address
   • Choose a username
   • Create a secure password
   • Verify your email

2. Social Sign Up

   • Sign up with Google
   • Sign up with Apple
   • Sign up with Microsoft

Step 3: Set Up Your Profile

Make Mezon yours by customizing your profile:

1. Upload an Avatar - Show your personality with a profile picture
2. Set Your Status - Let others know what you're up to
3. Add a Bio - Tell people about yourself
4. Choose Your Theme - Light, dark, or custom themes

Step 4: Create or Join a Space

Creating Your First Space

1. Click the "+" button in the sidebar

2. Choose "Create a Space"

3. Select your space type:

   • 🎮 Gaming - For gaming communities
   • 💼 Work - For teams and projects
   • 🎨 Creative - For artists and creators
   • 📚 Study - For learning together
   • 👥 Social - For friends and family

4. Name your space and add a description

5. Customize with colors and icons

6. Invite your friends!

Joining Existing Spaces

1. Click "Explore" to discover public spaces
2. Use an invite link from a friend
3. Search for spaces by name or topic
4. Browse featured communities

Step 5: Start Communicating

Text Channels

• Send messages, images, and files
• Use emoji reactions
• Reply to specific messages
• Format text with markdown

Voice Channels

• Click to join voice chat
• Adjust audio settings
• Share your screen
• Use push-to-talk or voice activation

Video Calls

• Start video calls with one click
• Blur or change backgrounds
• Share presentations
• Record important meetings

• Ctrl/Cmd + K - Quick switcher
• Ctrl/Cmd + / - Show all shortcuts
• Alt + ↑/↓ - Navigate between channels
• Esc - Mark channel as read
