This is a feature – if you change a page in a way that moves the bad links (output HTML line number) then you will get the alert for that bad link, because it's on the page that you changed.

It's a feedback loop that exposes bad links to the users who are maintainers. If there are bad links in the baseline report, we may need more than one way to get users exposed to bad links on the page, in order to cajole someone into fixing them.

We don't need to make this a required check, but when there are bad links on a page and you change that page in a way that is visible to an external parser or reader/consumer, I think leaving bad links on the same page alone at that point is an error.

Let's fix all the bad links, on every website. πŸš€βœ…
