cannot Install app from partners dashboard

When trying to install the app from the partner dashboard, it not navigate to normal app install screen, being sent to admin dashboard

Install step :

1. Apps tab in partners dashboard
2. Select app to install
3. In the test your app section, click Select store
4. Click to store to install app

Hmm I can't replicate this - can you drop in your os version, shopify cli version and node version?
