Editable notes field which can be emailed

This is half finished already.

The notes branch has a perfectly good and in-demand feature for saving note fields to each book record. I need to finish it, which requires one or more of these things:

• a screen to show all the notes, or links to the books with notes
• ability to email your notes
• ability to bulk delete all your notes after an email

The tricky part for the email is in deciding which notes to email. I think I'll just make it so every time you email, you email ALL your notes, and after you email you get the option to delete ALL your notes.
