[Feature Request] Allow connecting multiple overseerr servers

Allow multiple overseerr servers to be connected during the setup, and forward the request to both.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've attempted to get around this using nginx to forward the requests, however its not nearly as seamless.

Hey! I'll be releasing my rust rewrite soonish and am focusing on features there. Right now, you can set up multiple backends (but only radarr and sonarr). Can you explain a bit more the use case here?

Essentially I just want to forward the requests to separate Seerr servers. Both my friend and I have Plex servers, and would like to have the requests from the bot sent to the each of the Seerr servers so we can individually decide to accept or decline them.
