Unable to subscribe to Kiro Pro from VietNam: Missing country option

Bug Description

I am trying to subscribe to Kiro Pro via the checkout page, but I encounter issues as a user from Viet Nam. The billing country dropdown does not include "Viet Nam" as an option, preventing me from completing the form and proceeding with payment.

Aa like @Asraf2asif was mentioned in his report issue, Viet Nam is missing also

Steps to Reproduce

Go to manage plan and have a checkout access, fill info then choose country option but missing the one I want

Expected Behavior

The billing country dropdown should include Viet Nam (or all supported countries for international users).
