Bug Description

My account is blocked for no reason, i had subscribed for pro.

Steps to Reproduce

open kiro and login in. There is a note: Unable to fetch account usage data.

Expected Behavior

Unblock the account, User ID : 74780408-1091-70b1-67d0-f6d74b7ab267

Conversation ID
